Low-Latency Execution System

Strategy logic turned into hands-off execution.

38 msMedian signal to fill

01Problem

Every signal meant dropping everything

The client ran a 15-minute strategy on TradingView and placed every order by hand on Bybit. Entries went in 20–40 seconds late, and at night or on weekends one signal in five was never traded.

The goal: every signal executed at the price the strategy assumed, without anyone at the screen.

02Solution

Keep the strategy, automate the execution

The strategy stays in TradingView, where it's already trusted. Its alerts go straight to a small service next to the exchange that sizes the position, checks the risk limits and places the order.

Everything it does is reported to Telegram, so it can be seen working without opening a terminal.

03Build

From spec to full size, one step at a time

Built in small steps, each one running against the testnet before the next began.

  1. Spec and risk rules

A call and a written spec: which signals, what size, which limits, and what counts as done.

  2. Webhook and execution

Signed TradingView alerts in, duplicates dropped. Limit entries with a market fallback and partial fill handling.

    • Python
    • TradingView
    • Bybit API
  3. Risk and position sync

Position sizing, max 3 open positions and a 2% daily loss cap. After every reconnect, positions are re-synced with the exchange.

    • Python
    • Bybit WebSocket
  4. Testing

Nothing trades real money until it has survived the week before.

    • A week of real alerts replayed against the Bybit testnet
    • Forced disconnects mid-trade to check the re-sync
    • Two days live on small size
  5. Launch and handover

Deployed on a VPS close to Bybit, Telegram alerts on, full size. Code, docs and a 30-minute walkthrough.

    • Telegram

04Stack

What it's built with

  • PythonThe service itself, asyncio throughout
  • Bybit APIREST for orders, private WebSocket for fills
  • TradingViewSignals, sent as signed webhook alerts
  • DockerOne-command deploy to a VPS near Bybit
  • TelegramAlerts for fills, exits and anything unusual

The hours spent watching charts for entries now go to research. Fills match the backtest closely enough that the live numbers can be trusted again.

They translated my strategy logic into a low-latency execution system that just works. No more manual order babysitting.

FAQ

Any questions?

  • Most custom builds go live in around 14 days, from a single execution module to a full signal-to-exchange system. Strategy optimization takes from 7 days, longer when the strategy trades many markets, because every change has to survive out-of-sample testing.

  • Most likely. I've built on Binance, Bybit, OKX, Kraken, Coinbase and TradingView, and a new exchange with a public API can be added as part of the build.

  • That's fine. We can start by turning your rules into something precise enough to test, and build the system around it once it holds up.

  • No. It's a fixed price for the project, agreed before any work starts. The code and everything the system earns are yours.

  • Yes. I sign an NDA on request, API keys are set up without withdrawal rights, and cases on this site never name clients or show their rules.

  • Yes. Every build comes with a handover and a support window; after that, ongoing maintenance and changes are billed separately.
